In still waiting. Not due til the 6th, although 20w US said 3rd. FTM so I doubt I'll be early, but I'm having a lot of BH contractions and nausea :/

So my baby girl was born December 2nd. I am breastfeeding and down to pre pregnancy weight. I keep thinking about starting the 21 day fix. Anyone have experience doing this while breastfeeding?
