I'm currently pumping and supplementing formula bc my milk supply has decreased, I started my son on enfamil gentlease, then went to similac supplementing, and lo was still constipated and gassy, so pediatrician recommended soy, I've been trying the sample she gave and seems to be working but thinking about switching back to milk-based bc I feel like I just didn't give it long enough for lo to get used to it, any recommendations on how to switch back to milk based? I've heard it's harder, does anyone know if mixing with breast milk will make it easier!?
